We set out to create a vegan caramel nut butter so that our vegan and lactose-intolerant friends could enjoy the uniquely delicious, sweet creaminess of caramel.

After years of research and experimentation, we had our “eureka moment” when we combined coconut nectar, maple and vanilla, which converge to create a rich, toasty caramel flavor that is 100% vegan and free of refined sugars.

Handcrafted from heirloom Mission almonds, Organic cashews, Organic maple syrup, Organic coconut nectar, vanilla, and a touch of Jacobsen sea salt, Vanilla Caramel Almond & Cashew Butter is the sweet-leaning nut butter you’ve been looking for, but only 2 g of added low-glycemic sugar per serving. 

We love this nut butter on slices of apples or pears, spread thickly on warm toast, in oatmeal, and of course, as a dip for our favorite dark chocolate bars.
